Pilot freeze dryer includes main products: FD12, FD24, FD36, FD60, FD120, FD240 and the final machine FD500.

• The heat source of the sublimation machine is based on a resistor and a heat pump. Using a heat pump is an effective solution to optimize electricity costs during the drying process. The combination of resistor and heat pump helps industrial freeze dryers provide high and stable temperatures. At the same time save energy by using a heat pump system.

Compared to just using resistors like traditional industrial freeze dryers. Using a heat pump system helps save more than 30% of electricity.

• Heating technology with special features when using both radiant and contact heat transfer systems (2 in 1).
• Heat transfer by radiation can reach up to 120°C, helping to reduce product drying time.
• Indirect heat transfer (heat transfer by the solvent). Helps control the temperature better, giving the product a more beautiful and perfect look.
