Since 2024, with the support of Ulvac – Japan, Haitan has begun supplying freeze dryers and providing warranty and maintenance support services in the Philippines.
PRODUCT
Integrating freeze-drying functionality into the HT-FD freeze dryer.
From October 2025, Hai Tan will officially integrate a cold drying (vacuum drying) feature into the HT-FD series (except for FD6). Thus, customers now have one product that performs two tasks.
In addition, the HT-FD series has been upgraded with a PLC control system and Pirani vacuum sensors (except for FD6).
Another new adjustment by Hai Tan for the HT-FD series is that the 500kg dryer size will only maintain the slow drying (contact drying) method. The fast drying (radiative drying) method will only be applied to capacities of 1 ton and above.
DRYING TECHNOLOGY
- Freeze dryer: perfect product preservation, retains 96% of nutrients, preserves product color, the product does not shrink.
